太岁神杀若加临，
With the arrival of the TaiSui ShenSha,
(why 神杀, spirit which is benevolent, killing sha which is nasty.)
祸福当关如霹雳。
Disaster and happiness switch on and off like a thunderbolt.
Comment: The importance of the TaiSui which changes and rotates the stars every year which affects the auspiciousness of a dwelling.
Followed by the next paragraphs which explains that it also affects every rooms in the house in the same way due to the rotating stars.

门内房房有宅神，
Inside every door there is a house spirit in every room,
值神值星交互测。
The spirit and the star on duty are to be assessed accordingly.
Comment:
2 things to take into considerations.
The interaction of the spirits which includes Qian, Kun, Kan, Li, Xun, Gen, Zhen, Dui.
The other is the stars on duty which is the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
Every rooms are to be assessed according to this 2 factors.
But also important is the location of the door which opens into the room.

此是游年剖吉凶，
This is the method of evaluating the auspiciousness of the annual year,
不合三元总虚掷。
If it is not according to the theory of the 3 cycle (Yuan) it is to be discarded.
Comment: Any FS theories which does not follow the time factor are not relevant.

Here Jiang is again rubbishing the theory of the Ba Zhai.

八宅因门坐向空，
The method of Ba Zhai of allocating auspiciousness according to the sitting and facing is rubbish,
一元衰旺定真踪。
The timeliness according to the decreasing and increasing based on the Yuan Cycle is the correct method.

Here Jiang is telling us that there is a correct method according to the Duke of Zhou.
So what is this correct method?
Who is this 周公 Duke of Zhou?

天医福德莫安排，
The method of arranging the auspiciousness according to the Heavenly Doctor’s method is wrong,
(referring to the eight mansion Ba Zhai method)
岂是周公真八宅？
What is the real Ba Zhai method by Duke of Zhou?

The King Wen sequence (Chinese: 文王卦序) is an arrangement of the sixty-four divination figures in 易經 Yì Jīng, the I Ching or Book of Changes. They are called hexagrams in English because each figure is composed of six 爻 yáo—broken or unbroken lines, that represent 陰 yin or 陽 yang respectively.

The King Wen sequence is also known as the received or classical sequence because it is the oldest surviving arrangement of the hexagrams. Its true age and authorship are unknown. Traditionally, it is said that 周文王 Zhōu Wén Wáng (King Wen) arranged the hexagrams in this sequence while imprisoned by 商紂王 Shāng Zhòu Wáng in the 12th century BC.

So is this what Jiang is referring to as the correct method?

Here Jiang is further criticizing those who goes dragon hunting.

What are the house (Feng Shui) methods of mountain dragons?
八面山门亦辨风。
Even with mountains on eight sides, wind analysis is still adopted.

或有山溪来界合，
If there is an intersection between mountain and valley,
兼风兼水两相从。
Where wind and water intertwine.
Comment: Here referring to the Ching Nan Hsu.
先看金龙动不动，次察血脉认来龙
First observe golden dragon, stirring or not stirring.
Next observe (blood) vein to identify incoming dragon.
龙分两片阴阳取，水对三叉细认踪
The dragon is divided into two halves, Yin and Yang,
Water use three intersection to identify tracks.
江南龙来江北望，江西龙去望江东
River South incoming dragon, view from River North,
River West outgoing dragon, view from River East.
是以圣人卜河洛，瀍涧二水交华嵩，
相其阴阳观流泉，卜世卜年宅都宫
He (Tu) and Luo (Shu) foretell by ancient sages, Chan Jian two rivers intersect with Mount Hua, obtain Yin Yang from viewing flowing water spring, categories year, people, houses, capital, palaces.

若论来龙休论结，
Or when discussing in-coming dragon, it is considered complete,
论结藏穴不藏宫。
After discussing the hidden Xue (lair) point, the palace is not mentioned.

纵使皇都与郡邑，
Even for Imperial Palaces or regional villages,
只审开阳不审龙。
To only examine the Yang Qi without having to bother about the dragon.
Comment: For house Feng Shui, he is saying that there is no need to use the theory of the mountain dragon. Because in modern days there are no mountains around us. Just use the theory of the water dragon to determine the Yang Qi.

In the water dragon secrets, he wanted to differentiate between the method of mountain dragon and water dragon.
Mountain dragon derived Yang from Yin and Water dragon derived Yin from Yang.

天下平洋大地多，
In the world there are many flat land,
平洋龙法更如何？
So what is the flatland dragon’s method?
世人尽说平洋诀，
Most people although referring to the secrets of flatland,
多把山龙混揣摩。
Mostly got mixed up with mountain dragons,
平龙原不与山同，
Flat land are never the same as mountains,
郭璞分明说水龙。
Guo Po is very clear regarding water dragons.
